We'd like to know your legal name - the name that appears on official documents, like your birth certificate, passport or driver's license.

A lived or preferred name is a name you go by that is different than your legal name (for example, a middle name that you go by or a name that aligns with your gender identity). If you enter a lived name, we'll use it in most of our communications with you, except when it's required for us to use your legal name.

  

Your loginID must be over 3 characters long. You can use your email address or anything else you can easily remember.
check must be at least seven (7) characters long
check must contain at least one uppercase letter
check must contain at least one lowercase letter
check must contain at least one numeral (0 through 9)
check must contain at least one punctuation character
check may not contain any spaces
check may not contain any doublequote ("), ampersand (&),
    colon (:), semicolon (;), singlequote ('), or backquote (')
Your password must follow all rules listed above.

Information Usage Policy/Terms of Use: By entering my information into this application I understand that all information collected in the planning tool is considered confidential and will be shared with UC Admissions officers and UC Educational Partnership Programs personnel. My personal information will also be shared with my community college counselor, in order to assist them in advising. Additionally, my personal data in UC TAP will be deleted after four years of account inactivity. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
